Hanamasa and it's failure

What is interesting is not just eating at Hanamasanya but the background behind the meal was delicious. Eating in class 3A hanamasa is committed if they fail to meet their work plan for drafting a proposal for the TA in accordance with the agreed deadline, and failure is what will be the principal language of my writing this time.

Failure to achieve a goal, any goal can be caused by several factors:

1. The objective is not SMART
2. The aim is not terintenalisasi
3. Lack of commitment
4. Loss of focus
5. Not managing the resources as a team

I will try to discuss one by one and my focus on the failure of the class 3A in the completion of objectives / action plans they develop proposals TA.

A goal should qualify SMART: specific, measureable, achieveable, realistic and time contrain. Specific meaning is clear, unambiguous, everyone menginterpertasi same. Measureable means measurable, meaning that there is a matter that can be seen and quantified. Achieveable can mean challenging while the realistic means to make sense. Achieveable and realistic should be balanced, meaning not too challenging but not too easy to achieve. Time constraint means bounded time.
In the case of this TA proposal was made for the purpose of SMART is eligible, but the failure persists.

Tujuaan this does not seem internalized, almost all students did not consider the purpose of this part of the purpose of activity, a result that appears is the Lack of commitement, there is no strong commitment to work on and complete this goal.

If there is a small portion of students there who meninternalisasikan this purpose but they still failed to solve them is mainly because they lost of focus, loss of focus to accomplish this goal, perhaps because the brand to see other friends who do not try to accomplish this goal.

Last but not least, that in all classes of both classes 3A and 3B according to the info no one who can accomplish this goal, in my opinion is due to colleagues not to take advantage of resources as a team work that can help each other, reminding, encouraging, correcting, giving way.

Hopefully this article useful, and furthermore I am planning a different scheme, which are more individualized to test whether peers can learn from this failure. (Akangarman wordpress)
